Birchwood & Hitchin Course

Birchwood karate Club hosted this venture with Hitchin Karate Club. The whole class divided into mixed groups. Each group worked their way around the specialist classes which took place in different areas of the dojo. These included bag work, self defence, throwing techniques, freestyle, introduction on how to use a bo (stick).
